How do I register?
  1. To access the members area you will first have to register - this is a 'once only' procedure.
  2. You will find 2 registration buttons to choose from - please choose the correct one for your membership category or you will not be approved.
    1. Full Practicing Members
      This registration will grant you access to the members area, automatically add you to our new practitioner online search facility by post code and your free member web page. [Note the online search facility will not be switched on until enough members have registered]
    2. Non Practicing Members, Provisional Members and Students.
      This registration will grant you access to the members area.
  3. Having selected the correct registration path you will be asked to agree to out Terms and Conditions which are self explanatory.
  4. Upon the acceptance of these you will be asked to complete the registration form.
    Please be careful to read all the explanatory notes in 'red' so you will enter the correct information in the correct format.
  5. After you submit your registration form it will require approval from our Online Community Management staff. This may be approved within a few minutes during the office hours or up to 48 hours if you register over the weekend.
  6. Upon approval you will receive an email confirming your USERNAME and PASSWORD which will now be unique to you. Please keep this in a safe place and do not share it with anyone.
  7. When you login you will enter your own online CMA Member Profile Management area.
    Here you will be able to
    1. Make and check changes to your profile [Full Practicing Members]
    2. Complete and update your free member webpage.  [Full Practicing Members]
    3. Enter the 'Member's Only' area [Non Practicing Members, Provisional and Students]

Can't login?
  1. Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser.
  2. After this clear your cache settings so you get a fresh page load from the internet.
    [eg hold your Control (Ctrl}) key down while at the same time clicking on the refresh icon in your browser]
  3. If you have a firewall or virus protection software installed make sure it is not blocking access.
  4. If so you will need to add our site URL or IP address to allow access.
